I am so excited to do this! I have HORRIBLE eating habits and I need some motivation to get into a good workout routine and eating habits. I am pretty active but I am stuck in a rut to lose the last few pounds I want to lose to be at my ideal weight. I am addicted to Diet Coke so this is going to be a HUGE challenge for me!

I am doing this challenge because all I do is eat junk food and sugar!!! I hear money is involved so that is my motivation to eat better food!! I also wanna be a little bit leaner and stronger. Gots to look good for my lady!!!!!

I am so excited to start this program. It's not a diet, just a healthy way of living. That makes it sound better for me. I also like that it isn't just for the health of your body but your mind and spirit. It makes it better when there is other people doing it with you, more motivation. That is what I need. The hardest things for me will be no eating after 8, and no fast food. But I'm going to do it!!!!

I am doing this challenge because I need to drop these extra "Okinawa Pounds" that have seemed to accumulate over the past 2 years! I think it will be fun to challange myself and it will be exciting to have others, who I love, doing it along with me :). Let's just hope we can motivate each other from accross the globe!

I am going to play along with this challenge to help my wife, Stacy to succeed. I think it is a great idea to try and get back to a healthier life style before moving back to the States and this just seems like as good a place as any to start!

This will be a good motivation to drink more water and get into a good exercise routine.Plus I have a whole stack of jeans one size to small I would love to get back into. Alot cheaper than buying bigger jeans and alot better for the self-esteem.
